Excitement is building for the fifth annual Seasons Regional Women’s Conference designed to bring women together for a weekend of empowerment, shared meals, and spiritual inspiration.

Seasons Church Pastor Caroline Matthews is coordinating the event, set to run from Friday September 25 to Sunday September 27.

Mrs Matthews said the conference focuses on creating opportunities for women to connect with one another, form friendships and provide mutual support, alongside exploring the Word of God.

“We are hoping, over the course of the conference, to do three main things,” Mrs Matthews said.

“Firstly, delve into the word of God and get set on fire.

“Experience revelation of things we have struggled to grasp, new fresh understanding of how good the word of God really is.

“Secondly, to have fellowship, develop friendships, share our lives with one another for the purpose of encouraging and lifting up each other no matter what we are going through as individuals.

“To stand shoulder to shoulder in support of one another.

“Thirdly, to have incredible time around the meal table, with amazing food.

“Both healthy and a little bit naughty!

“Our church loves to share and hospitality is important to us.

“We want to serve the ladies with excellence!”

A key part of the weekend will be the opportunity for attendees to hear from guest speaker Pastor Latai Magele, who Mrs Matthews has known for more than 20 years.

“I have known Pastor Latai Magele for over 20 years and have always stood in admiration of her own personal relationship with God,” she said.

“Latai is one of the most genuinely loving people I know, and Latai loves nothing more than ministering into people's lives and seeing them heal and grow.

“Latai was previously a member of Seasons church (then called Christian Family Church) and was much loved and respected as the leader of the worship team.”

Women considering attending are not required to commit to the entire weekend, with Mrs Matthews encouraging women to attend whichever sessions fit their schedules.

“To women who are considering attending I would say, come along,” she said.

“Even if you cannot come to every session, choose one that fits in for you.

“We would so love to have you join us and would love to meet you.

“All ladies no matter age or nationality are welcome to the Seasons Regional Women's Conference.”
