The Charters Towers Show will return from 27 to 29 July 2025, bringing three full days of entertainment, competitions, and country hospitality to the local showgrounds.
A beloved North Queensland tradition for over 140 years, the Show blends agricultural heritage with modern spectacle, featuring showjumping, cattle judging, motocross stunts, fireworks, live music, and more.

Charters Towers Show Society President Kenneth Coleman said the upcoming event is expected to attract both locals and visitors thanks to its wide community appeal.
“This is our time to showcase the very best of Charters Towers: our farmers, our artists, our businesses and our community spirit,” Mr Coleman said.
“We’re proud to deliver a Show with fantastic entertainment, plenty of rides and games for the kids, and good old-fashioned country hospitality.
“There really is something for everyone.”
Mr Coleman also emphasised the inclusive environment that the event aims to provide.
“We want everyone to feel welcome - from families with young children to teens looking for adventure on the rides, to older visitors who love the craft and produce displays,” he said.
Gates will be open daily from 8am and tickets available both online and at the gate.
Sunday is expected to open to the public free of charge.
